  • When your order is registered, you will receive an email with an invoice with an order number, you must pay by bank transfer to the club account (Account BPI - NIB : 0010 0000 57211490001 28)

  • After paying 50% of the invoice amount, you must send proof by email to tugacyclingpor@gmail.com with your name and order number.

  • Payment of the remaining 50% of the invoice will be made when requested.

  • This proof must also be sent to the email indicated above.

  • If you do not send the respective proof of payment, the clothing cannot be picked up.

  • Clothing that is purchased outside the 1st order, the amount to be settled will be 100%, it will not be split in 50%.

  • ATTENTION ANY SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENT MUST INDICATE THE ORDER NUMBER TO WHICH THE RESPECTIVE PAYMENT BELONGS, IF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT SENT IN THE RESPECTIVE EMAIL, THE LAUNDRY OF CLOTHING CANNOT BE MADE.

  • THE VALUE DISPLAYED ON THE CLOTHING MAY SUFFER SMALL CHANGES NOT DEPENDING ON THE ASSOCIATION.

  • ORDERS MUST BE MADE BY DECEMBER 15TH, ORDERS MADE OUTSIDE THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE COUNTED, AS WELL AS PAYMENTS (50%)

  • ALL PARTS TO BE SUBJECT TO ORDERS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTS (10UNI OR 5 UNI) IN TOTAL.

  • IF THERE IS ANY PART THAT THE ASSOCIATE HAS ORDERED AND DOES NOT REACH THE NECESSARY QUANTITIES, THE VALUE OF THAT PART IS IN CREDIT OR IS RETURNED TO THE ASSOCIATE, AT THE PART OF THE ASSOCIATE'S DISCRETION.

  • WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ENTERING NEW SUPPORT, ALL ASSOCIATES WILL HAVE TO ACQUIRE AT LEAST JERSEY.

  • NEW ASSOCIATES HAVE A GEM IN THE VALUE OF 35€ ACCORDING TO THE BYLAWS APPROVED FOR THE YEAR 2022, (UPDATED) REGISTRATION IN THE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2021.

  • THE ASSOCIATE WHO WISHES HIS ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO HIS ADDRESS CHARGES THE SHIPPING COSTS.

All ATHLETES who participate in FPC, Granfondos, Mediofondos or Minifondos events may request the club to reimburse a maximum of 2 registrations, and for this they will have to inform the race where they are registered and the respective number.

These communications must be sent to the club's email address, through the website (Members/Registration Granfondo).

 

As defined in the statutes, this financial support is limited to 50% of the sponsorships raised for each season, so the allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis until this amount is reached.

 

In order to obtain this support, athletes must initially register for the intended events and then inform the club about the events and their dorsal numbers, so that the club can then reimburse the amounts of said registrations.

 

The use of official equipment and registration by the “TUGACYCLING” team is mandatory, and failure to comply with these two criteria implies the cancellation of the refund.

*This type of support can only be confirmed after the finance department has approved the budget for the following season.
