1. Dear cyclist, we request that when purchasing any item in our store, you pay for it by bank transfer to the club account (Account BPI - NIB : 0010 0000 57211490001 28) Associação TugaCycling Portugal.

2. For your purchase to be validated, you must place here the proof of payment in PDF or IMAGE format with a brief description referring to the  purchase, if it is the 1st order where the Tuga Kit is, just describe it (Ex: Kit Tuga).

3. If after your first order you buy more material, the description will be (Ex: various) and you will have to send proof of that purchase.

4. Do not forget to pay 50% of the amount when ordering.

​

5. If this value is not paid by the day of placing the order, normally until December 15th, this equipment will not be counted.  

​

6. Before collecting the equipment, all cyclists will receive an email informing them that they must pay the remaining 50% and then the description must be (Ex: Final Payment).

​

7.ATTENTION: The proof of payment must be individual and not together, it can be the same person to make the transfer of several cyclists, but the proof must be individual corresponding to the value of each invoice.  

​

8. Attention all extra material purchased after December 15th must be paid in full.

​

9. If any of these transfers already have the value of the annual fees, €12. must select the description quotas.

​

10. If your PDF attachment is giving an error, send a photo of the proof, the problem will be the attachment and not the platform.

​

11. New orders generate a number ''ORDER N°000000000'' that you received in your email, this number must be entered in a specific field on the form, if the payment is for a previous purchase, enter the number  ''0000''.

​

12. This way it will be easier for us management to control all the procedures, we are talking about 70 cyclists, hundreds of pieces of clothing, registration for the UVP-FPC, etc etc...
